Description
Our Company was incorporated as Montecarlo Construction Private Limited on March 20, 1995, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to Montecarlo Construction Limited, pursuant to its conversion into a public limited company & a fresh certificate of incorporation, dated April 21, 2006, consequent to the change of name, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Havelli. Further, in order to reflect the expanding areas of activities & business scope of our Company, the name of our Company was further changed to Montecarlo Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 21, 2012.
